A Health Check-up and Blood Donation Camp was successfully conducted on 02-02-2026 at Suzlon Energy Limited, Davangere, with the objective of promoting preventive healthcare, creating awareness about regular health screening, and encouraging voluntary blood donation among employees and the surrounding community.

The camp was organized by Ashwini Association's Ayurvedic Medical College and PG Centre, Davangere, in collaboration with healthcare professionals, trained nursing staff, and student volunteers. The program commenced at 10:00 AM with a brief inaugural session, followed by registration of participants.

During the health check-up camp, various basic health parameters were assessed, including blood pressure, blood sugar levels, hemoglobin percentage, body mass index (BMI), and general physical examination. Doctors also provided consultations and offered advice regarding lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and disease prevention.

Simultaneously, a blood donation camp was arranged following all standard safety protocols. Eligible donors were screened thoroughly before donation to ensure the safety of both donors and recipients. Proper sterilization, use of disposable equipment, and post-donation care were strictly maintained. Refreshments were provided to all donors after blood donation.

A total of 30 beneficiaries received medical screening services and guidance, and several eligible participants voluntarily donated blood. The collected blood units will be utilized to support patients in need and strengthen blood bank reserves.

The camp concluded with a vote of thanks to the management of Suzlon Energy Limited, the organizing institution, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and participants for their cooperation and enthusiastic involvement. The program was highly successful in achieving its objectives and created a positive impact by promoting health awareness and social responsibility.
